Giving Voice teaches people how to thrive, in harmony with others, using sound
and song. Rachel is a trained Giving Voice teacher, and uses it to inform all
her vocal work and performance. She's learnt to sing with ease, joy and compassion, to sing from the heart, and really mean it. Giving Voice is a tool
for healthy, harmonious living in every sense, and has a huge amount to offer
musicians and non-musicians alike. |

I am an Ilkley grandmother and I read my poems to the children of Ilkley. As the Wharfedale Festival of Performing Arts is local to me, and many of my poems relate to Ilkley and surrounding area, it would be nice to mention your important festival. Two of my poems "Ode to the Bluebells" and "The Bride Named Spring" were put in the Wharfedale Festival in 1997, and I think it was from here I started to write.
Now I have produced 80 poems, not just children's poems, on my website. |
